Can anyone share with me any good example parenting plans for parents who have shared care of two kids?

This site has a treasure trove of sample parenting plans, all for free.

Simple go to the free resources section under "sample Legal Documents", or just follow this link.

I would like to emphasise the point made by Domino about Sample Legal Documents. There are heaps of parenting plans samples, and they are all for free. So go & download them. Its not very often you get anything free in family law, especially of such high quality.

Don't forget the Factsheets library too, especially the section on Parenting Plans. http://www.familylawexpress.com.au/family-law-factsheets/category/parenting-plans/

I bet if you download and read these samples/factsheets, the majority of your questions will already be answered.

add you reply here... In my personal experience, if the parenting plan is truly bias to one side, it might be an difficult task to solve it on the trial. As a practitioner, we must knew that the equality of the parenting plan and each side cannot be bias. Furthermore, it can be suggested that sometimes parenting plan can be biased, if both side had discuss and accept on the merit or discussion had been done during the mediation. Therefore, it might be serious considered to re-check your parenting plan. Feel free to discuss, but maybe I'm wrong and it's definitely depends on the experience!

It all depends on your circumstances. I think you should speak to a parenting specialist about the whole situation Smile
However, I would definitely recommend that you teach your child responsibility. And resilience in the face of any dependencies. In modern times it is quite easy to fall into a game addiction. Often children get caught up in it. I know adults as well. So I highly recommend reading an article on responsible gaming - https://betpokies.com/responsible-gaming - or anywhere else. It will help you keep your child away from addictions.

It's actually hard for me to understand what it's like to parent according to a plan. Isn't it enough just to teach a child by example? The child will only see the example of behaviour anyway, he will not understand the words.
